Jules was born into the hospitality industry, observing and absorbing from an early age what makes this demanding industry work and how to create success in what can be a challenging environment. She has a real passion for people and creating great atmospheres, which is a winning combination to any successful business.
Professionally, she has worked and managed a range of hospitality businesses until turning her skills to developing, opening, owning and operating 3 very successful cafés on the North Shore of Auckland.
From these experiences, Jules has made it her mission to review, guide and inspire Food/Beverage operators to be the best they can through her vast experience.
Ensuring the success will mean providing the complex systems and processes for all elements and ‘take the thinking out’ for staff to reduce errors and ultimately put more focus back on the customer.
Jules’ specialty is customer service – professional, yet friendly and engaging. As part of her training programs she will help staff learn proven techniques by using her support team, who will make this critical element fun, exciting and rewarding.
